Coming to ISG’s 15th World Conference in Vancouver?
You can register for the conference online, by phone or on-site in Vancouver. Register early and save. Become an ISG member and save.

All conference fees are in Canadian dollars (fees shown include GST). Student registration is available to full-time and part-time students. The seniors’ rate is available to persons aged 65 years or older. You may be asked for proof of status when you check in to get your badge and conference materials in Vancouver.
1. Register Online
For immediate confirmation of your registration, register online. Online registration is open until March 23, 2026 three days before the conference begins.
2. Contact us by Telephone
If you do not wish to register online, contact the Conference Manager by Telephone (604) 767-2009 or email: isg2026conference@unbc.ca and ask for a call-back.
3. Register in Vancouver
You can also register onsite at the conference venue, Simon Fraser University’s downtown campus. The registration facilities will be open:
Thursday, March 26, 2026: 3:00 pm – 7:00 pm
Friday, March 27, 2026: 8:00 am-6:00 pm
Saturday, March 28, 2026: 8:00 am-4:00 pm
Register before March 26
ISG encourages you to register before coming to Vancouver. Pre-conference registration not only helps the ISG2010 Secretariat to plan, it also saves you money. On January 16, 2026 and February 16, 2026 registration fees go up.
Cancellation Policy
Registration cancellations must be received by March 23, 2026. There will be no refunds after this date. A processing fee of $10.25 will be charged for all cancellations. Refunds will be processed after the conference. Substitute delegates are welcome. Details
Because of administrative delays, ISG will not accept purchase orders for payment of conference registration fees. Persons who have pre-registered will pick up their badge and conference materials at the registration desk on the main floor of Simon Fraser University’s downtown Vancouver campus – 515 West Hastings Street, Vancouver, BC, V6B 5K3
A valid badge is required for entry into all conference sessions, for entry into the Exhibit Hall and for admission to the opening reception.
Lose your badge? Replacement badges will be available during the conference for $2 each.
* Membership in ISG
To qualify for the reduced member’s rate for the conference, your membership dues payment to ISG must be up to date.
Non-members are encouraged to join ISG. Full membership of €100 is for 2 calendar years and includes reduced fees to all ISG events and access to the members only portion of the ISG website. Student membership is €25 for 2 calendar years. To become a member of ISG click here [insert link]
